POLICY: Before coming to your appointment: - Please have light to no makeup around the eyes - No caffeine or energy drinks, per can cause twitching - No high or low hair buns - No extra guest, if so please contact me first - Dress comfy to your satisfaction - NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 24hr window if you need to cancel or reschedule your lash appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 24hr window, your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Deposit is taken in place when booking your lash appointment. All appointment deposits are 50% of your total amount for your set. Your deposit will go towards your full payment at the end of your service. 10 minutes late = Appointment cancelled + 50% non-refundable deposit No show/no call = Appointment cancelled + 50% non-refundable deposit Please be considerate of both of our times. If you are 10 minutes late and still want to continue your appointment, there will be an additional $10 fee added to your final payment.
